Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting The Tap Dance, a local brewery that has just opened in Asbury Park, NJ. This trendy new brewery has everything a beer connoisseur would want but also has something for those who are just getting into the world of microbrews. Why is Local Beer better? (you may ask...) Well, for starters, it supports the local economy! A local brewery creates more jobs and helps the community come together and thrive...over a cold brew of course. Craft Beer is the best beer.
